If you need more hours you can achieve that and if you need time off, it is possible. Cons Can get boring. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. This was my first job in high school. I enjoyed it but the management was a little disorganized. Some perks were free frozen yogurt every day. The visors were not that cute, though. Your experience matters. Associates not respectful of other team members time. Overall a great company to work for it was truly a great experience. The company offer great opportunities to move up. Pros Enjoyed interacting with the clients and the salary.

Before Pinkberry was sold to Kahala it was completely different company. Their company culture changed. I actually enjoyed working here. Made long lasting friendships, was promoted while working here and the hourly pay rate at the time was really good, considering its location. Wished they provided benefits or even the option for full-time. I would visit after leaving and the customer service is not what it use to be.

The location I use to work at is now closed permanently and I'm not surprised. Management was terrible. The hardest part of this job was tolerating the customers who wanted more than the amount of yogurt Pinkberry could give.

But other than that, this workplace is just like any minimum wage job: Routined job with clock in and clock out. The atmosphere was really positive and relaxed. I usually served frozen yogurt to customers and learned many skills such as swirling.
